We make a deliberately narrow range. Rigid endoscopy rewards depth over breadth: the same optical column, the same sheath tolerance and the same sealing method recur across urology, gynaecology, ENT, orthopaedics and laparoscopy. Holding those few things to a tight standard matters more than adding categories, and a supplier who does thirty things adequately is not useful to a surgeon who needs one thing to be right.

The catalogue is organised the way a theatre list is — by discipline, then by the dimensions that decide whether an instrument fits: diameter, working length, viewing angle, channel size. Every product page carries the complete configuration table, because a specification you have to request is a specification you cannot compare, and a supplier who makes you ask is usually hoping you will not.

We publish what we know and mark what we do not. Where photography is being re-shot, the page says so. Where certification is in progress, the page says that too, rather than implying an approval that has not been issued. In a field where purchasing decisions run through regulatory review, a supplier who is vague early is a supplier who creates problems late.

We sell through regional distributors and support them with documentation, evaluation stock and direct engineering contact rather than a call centre. The people who can answer a question about working-channel compatibility are the people who set the tolerance, and putting a support tier between them and the surgeon helps nobody.

An instrument bought this year should still hold its specification in five. That is the whole proposition, and everything above is what it costs to make it true.
