Overview
An Albarran-type deflecting mechanism for directing catheters, guidewires and flexible instruments under vision during cystoscopy and ureteric work. The lever runs on a ratchet so a chosen deflection holds without continuous thumb pressure — the difference between a controlled cannulation and a repeated one.
